After becoming a fan favorite on the medical drama Grey’s Anatomy, Patrick Dempsey became quite the diva on the set. He was so rude to the cast and crew that he got himself written off the show. He may be McDreamy in the show, but reality? He’s far from it, and it’s become a well-known fact.
After working with Dempsey (and a few other notable narcissists), Shonda Rhimes (the show’s creator, head writer, executive producer, and showrunner) announced that she has adopted a “no a**holes policy.” We don’t blame her there. The show already has enough drama.
