In 2020, it was reported that Martin Freeman had started a new relationship with an actress from France, who happens to be just over 20 years younger than him. It’s his first relationship since splitting up with Amanda Abbington after 16 years of marriage and two kids together in 2016.
This mysterious lady is Rachel Maryam, born in Toulouse but living in London. Already, she’s been in some successful projects, like Call It a Day and an episode of Normal People in 2020. According to the Daily Mail, they got together before lockdown and stayed together in Freeman’s North London house.
