Emma Thompson and Greg Wise have a love story that some would say was “meant to be.” Both of them, being actors, first met on the set of the Jane Austen period drama, when Wise dated co-star Kate Winslet before fancying Thompson.
One thing led to another, and as of 2021, the two have been together for 26 years and married for 18. They’ve made it work despite Wise being seven years younger. Thompson has won several accolades, including two Oscars for Howards End and Sense and Sensibility—starring alongside her husband in the latter. Among her upcoming works are Cruella and Matilda.
