Cardiovascular disease is a major global health problem. The rising death toll from heart disease is attributable to several factors, including poor lifestyle choices (such as eating unhealthy food, working long hours, not getting enough sleep, and not getting enough exercise) and many others. Many of us choose to disregard the cues from our bodies that tell us to slow down from our busy lives. There are many different symptoms that can indicate a heart problem, so we’ve compiled a list. You should see a doctor if you experience any of these symptoms. Is your body trying to tell you something? It could be trying to tell you that you have a serious heart disease.

To blame a lack of sleep would be simplistic. There may be a connection between fatigue and heart disease. When a person experiences a cardiac arrest, their blood volume drops. The heart has to work harder to pump blood across the body, which can cause extreme fatigue. Is there ever a time when you just feel completely drained? Please consult a doctor. Many medical conditions have fatigue as one of their symptoms.
