The first Bush may not be the sharpest tool in the White House, but his record was remarkable. With an IQ of 143, his management style was directed towards making the United States a “kinder and gentler nation.” Bush also demonstrated his power by overcoming a series of challenges. Most notable of these were Saddam Hussein’s assault of Kuwait and violence in Cuba. But his methods were not enough to save him from being removed from the White House.
