Martin Van Buren
Van Buren was the 8th President of the United States. He is remembered for being the founder of the Democratic Party. His IQ of 146 would make anyone expect extraordinary policies and great leadership, but unfortunately, he didn’t contribute much. Nicknamed “Martin Van Ruin”, he was succeeded by William Henry Harrison and neither of their terms ended well.
