While Obama’s IQ remains unknown, his 8-year presidential term was filled with relevant changes. The first African American to be elected to the Oval Office, Barack Obama’s aggressiveness and sensibility resulted in the deaths of merciless terrorists like Osama bin Laden. For the people, Obama was a breath of fresh air after the string of presidents who preceded him. He came across as a genuine American with a middle-class upbringing. All of this made him an effective leader, regardless of his IQ.
