Kelly Rowan
She is a Canadian actress, born on October 26, 1965, in Ottawa, Canada. She grew up in Toronto and made her Canadian television debut at the age of 19. In addition to being an actress, she also does a bit of modeling.
On The OC show, Kelly Rowan played a woman who loved to be married to someone with a lot of money. There was a time in the actress’s life when it seemed like life would imitate art because it captured the attention of one of Canada’s richest men. In 2007, she got engaged to David Thomson and the two had a daughter together. However, before their child was born, the engagement was cut short and Rowan has never mentioned being with anyone since.
