Rules Are Rules
If there’s a sign stating a rule anywhere, you can almost always assume it’s for a good reason. That doesn’t necessarily mean that people will listen like they should, though.
This beach had a pipe going across the shore. As such, they made sure to post a sign with clear instructions not to play on or around the pipe. Yet, in this image, we see almost the entirety of the pipe covered with beach visitors making a seat out of the pipe.
