Lupin’s Death Was Not Originally Planned
JK Rowling is known for her tendency to kill off beloved characters and many of these deaths happened during battles.
Two deaths that hurt us the most were that of Lupin and Fred. Rowling could not bring herself to kill off Arthur Weasley so she decided to kill Lupin off instead.
