Time Zones In Monsters Inc.
We love how the monsters in Monsters. Inc can travel the world just by stepping through doors at the monster factory, but the animators kind of forgot about one minor detail here; time zones.
During that great scene when Randall is chasing Mike and Sully through those doors, we see that that it’s daytime no matter where they go. Paris, Hawaii, Tokyo – all in daytime.
That’s not actually how it works, it’s always night somewhere. Seems like a pretty big oversight.
