The Appearing Phone
In that adorable scene when Lilo and Nani go to the shelter, and Lilo is determined to adopt Stitch, there is a very visible flaw as Nani is signing the adoption papers and paying the fee.
In the first frame, there is a large empty space on that wall seen between the two women. But a second later, there is a big black telephone there.
A shelter without a phone would indeed be weird (and impractical); it’s just a shame the animators didn’t remember to include it in all frames.
