Up And Down We Go
As the ship goes down and Jack and Rose fight their way onto the upper deck, Jack insists that Rose gets on a lifeboat. He’s so adamant about it, that she takes her seat in one such boat, but she changes her mind after seeing Jack up on the deck and realizing she might never see him again.
When they lower the boat, it looks like it’s descended about 10 feet below where it’s started. Then the camera shows Jack and Cal talking, which lasts about 40 seconds. Even though the crew kept lowering the boat as they talked, the next time we see Rose on the boat she’s only about 5 feet down. That makes no sense!
