Ally grew up in the country, in rural Indiana. She remembered running through the fields and playing by the river in the summer. But now she was stuck in a polluted city while her husband worked a dead-end job. She wanted to go back.
Ally and Mark talked and decided to move back to Indiana, somewhere more open, where they could feel the fresh air on their faces. They were going to start over… but they’d soon discover that it’s impossible to leave the past behind.
