There are plenty of times that you find something that is unfamiliar because it’s an older item. When this person bought a new phone case, they noticed this odd item included. This is actually a wearable item like a lanyard.
You can attach a variety of items to these, including common items like keycards. Oddly enough, the person confirmed that they agreed but that it clearly wasn’t for the phone case they ordered.
