Too Many Phones
This person probably looked fairly high-tech when this person ran into them. To be fair, that’s probably what anyone would think if they saw someone with this many phones. While this man is busy doing his job, they likely didn’t catch someone who needs this many phones.
Conversely, he was probably testing out these phones. More specifically, he was checking out the signal on each of these phones in a busy train station or once he’s on the train itself.
