The Demon Cave In Armenia
In Armenia there are these Lavister caves. According to legend, people were lured in by stories of treasure at the bottom of the cave.
They would go inside these structures and then the demon inside the cave would trap them and turn them all into stone. These faces are said to belong to those victims.
