Charlie No-Face AKA Raymond Robinson
Raymond Robinson had a bad childhood electrical accident. He was called The Green Man or Charlie No-Face and was made the antagonist of an urban legend.
Parents would narrate horrible anecdotes to kids about him. They thought that it would scare children and would discourage them from going out at night.
When people discovered he was a real person, they got the shock of their lives. Robinson was a much-like liked and respectable figure in his family and amongst his neighbors.
