Blanche Monnier
This is a terrifying picture of a real hospital room photo of Blanche Monnier. She was a French girl who was held captive for 25 years in a locked room with no lights. She was forced to live among pests, rats, human feces and filth.
She was discovered on May 23, 1901. The Paris Attorney General received an anonymous letter which spoke of a woman who was being held captive in a home in the wealthy neighborhood of Poitiers in 21 rue de la Visitation in France.
