Hooters Judge and Jury
We weren’t surprised at all to learn that Hooters employees aren’t allowed to sue the company for harassment. If that wasn’t the case, Hooters would have been gone a long time ago. However, we were surprised to learn how the company settles such issues. We’ll be honest, we didn’t exactly foresee “Hooters Court.” Incredibly, this former employee claims that Hooters created its own internal justice system where employees served as a jury. As this person points out, Hooters Court basically did nothing.
