Talking to Tables
Strangely, Hooters girls are encouraged to sit down with customers and start up a conversation. This might make sense if the customer is a businessman sitting alone, or if there’s a bachelorette party looking for a bit of atmosphere. However, as this post explains, sitting down with customers was regularly pretty awkward. If there are too many Hooters girls on the floor at one time, they are encouraged to gather around customer tables and chat.
