We’ve learned that Hooters policy is pretty unusual, specifically because their staff all have to look a particular way. Part of the Hooters girl brand image is that women working in the restaurant don’t have any tattoos. After all, Hooters girls are clean-cut, right? This means that any tattooed Hooters girl that manages to sneak through has to cover up all of their gorgeous tatts. Furthermore, hair must be down at all times, which is basically the opposite of what most restaurants recommend.
