While Hooters might seem like a wing-fueled free-for-all, there’s actually some order behind all the big smiles and bouncy hair. Our next former Hooters employee lets us in on a little logistical detail, namely, why the Hooters name tags are different colors. Apparently, servers under 21 wear a white name tag, servers over 21 wear an orange tag, while trainers wear gold tags. We’re not sure what we think about advertising your staff’s age to an entire restaurant, but hey, it’s Hooters.
