The Dining room – Expectations

via

We always make the mistake of thinking a five-star cruise ship is equal to a five-star hotel, but that’s like comparing apples with oranges. We expect the dining hall, and the food, to be fancy and luxurious, with a huge variety of meals, a chef preparing the food, and a chandelier for the atmosphere.

Personally, we’re big fans of the buffet – having endless options for breakfast and dinner is the best part about a vacation. Some people say you can judge a hotel by the food it serves – if the buffet is rich in variety and flavor, it means this is a high-end hotel, and the other way around.
