The Tender – Reality

via

In reality, riding the tender looks nothing like Bay Watch. You didn’t really think they would provide the passengers with their own speedboats, did you? The tender is a small, clumsy boat which you share with around 50 other passengers.

Of course, the boat ride is short, so it isn’t air-conditioned, and the windows are open, but instead of a light breeze blowing in your hair, you get ocean water splashed in your face.

The tender is always over-crowded, and people board it randomly and hurriedly, so you end up sitting next to strangers. If you’ve never been on a tender before, don’t get your hopes up.
