Venezuela – Scarlet Ortiz
Known for its scenic landscapes, Venezuela is also known to be home to numerous Latina beauties, one of whom is Scarlet Ortiz, an actress known for acting on Spanish television. Although she started her career in her native country, she eventually acted in shows from all over the world before returning to Venezuela. She started acting as a child on a children’s show, and has never looked back since and is still going strong.
