The ring bearer had no idea what to expect in a wedding. He must have been shocked to see such blatant public display of affection. It’s obvious what he thought about it in the picture. He was so appalled that he actually had to cover his face. If he had the chance to run away, he probably would have done. But of course, he had to do his due diligence and sit through the horrifying experience.
