This became clear when Bieber screamed as David Letterman grabbed the young artist’s arm to admonish him about getting any more tattoos. “Believe,” the name of his new album was printed across his forearm.
Meanwhile, David Letterman, interviewing the 18-year-old in 2012, gave fatherly advice like go to college, don’t get any more tattoos, and vote in US elections (even though he’s Canadian).
