The two had a little girl together, Frances Bean, but also battled heroin addiction. Because of a misquote suggesting Love was on heroin during her pregnancy (later proven false) officials temporarily awarded custody to Love’s sister, which Love would later say contributed to Kurt Cobain’s suicide.
