While most people are used to the sweet and princess-y Disney characters, Jessica Rabbit was definitely a breath of fresh air from the usual goody-goody types. “Who Framed Roger Rabbit?” was released in 1988.
It was amazing just how many people became besotted with the red-headed voluptuous vixen from the moment she first appeared in the movie, regardless of the fact that she was a cartoon. The movie was one of the first of its kind, mixing media to make it the hit that it was back in the day. As funny as it might sound, some people needed reminding that Jessica Rabbit wasn’t actually real.
