A Special Family Connection
Danica finally got a little sister when Terry Joseph “T. J.” Patrick Jr. and Beverly Ann (née Flaten) welcomed daughter Brooke into the world. Their parents were perpetually on the lookout for fun things to do together as a family of four.
They had considered buying a boat, but scrapped the plan when Brooke expressed interest in trying out go-karts instead. Danica took an interest once her sister told her about it. The whole family went go-karting.
