Harry Greb
Harry Greb was a freak of nature, logging over 300 bouts in his career. These were often bouts against the other highly regarded, and highly dangerous, fighters of his era and few of them were easy. Greb would often fight out of his weight class against light heavyweights and heavyweights.
Greb was known for being aggressive and having a swarming type of style that most fighters couldn’t handle. This is evidenced by his 100 knockouts in 104 official victories. He put a lot of great fighters to sleep.
And he often did it dirty, never hesitating to use anything in the arsenal to his advantage. Greb is the only man to defeat heavyweight legend Gene Tunney and holds a win over Mickey Walker.
