While many people believe that working at Disneyland is the best job in the world, that doesn’t mean that they don’t have a few rules to follow. In fact, one of the most important rules that any employee has to follow is the notion that they are never allowed to say, “I don’t know.”

Customer experience and satisfaction were always at the top of Walt Disney’s list, and he didn’t want anyone to leave without their questions being answered.

So, if an employee doesn’t know the answer to a guests’ question, they will always seek the answer out – even if that means that they have to ask another employee or do their own research. It’s their job to go above and beyond and create this magical experience, so that’s exactly what they do.
