Although seeing a bit of a nip slip or well, even full nudity isn’t shocking anymore these days, back then it was definitely not the norm. But that didn’t stop Linda Ronstadt from posing for her 1976 album entitled ‘Hasten Down the Wind’ wearing a white see-through nightie that had people wondering just how cold out it was the night they shot the cover. The album went on to spend up to three weeks on the Billboard album charts but some wondered, did it sell out because of the music or because of her very sultry album cover?
