Paul Seyfried, President and CEO of Utah Shelter Systems, says that the bunker business has been quite busy in the last few years. Even though he has customers all over the country, a majority of his customers are located in Texas, New York and California. “The smallest shelters start at around $50,000. The largest shelters we build, a 12 [foot] by 50 [foot], usually runs right around $100,000.”
