Digging Through the Mud
Believing that there was something present, Oliver went into the pond without hesitation and began digging in the mud using only his hands. He kept digging for some time, and that’s when he finally caught a glimpse of it.
From the side of his vision, Oliver noticed the mud shifting. Surprised, he stood up and began prodding the creature with his stick, hoping to prompt it to move once more.
