Taking The Risk

Bobbi and Kenny were fully aware of the risks associated with a high-risk pregnancy that could endanger both the mother and the babies’ health. Despite this, they were not willing to prioritize one of their babies over the others. After much contemplation, they decided to proceed with the pregnancy.

The decision was challenging as only about 40-50 births in the world have resulted from a pregnancy involving seven babies. Nevertheless, Bobbi and Kenny may have drawn some confidence from the fact that while many septuplets do not survive birth or infancy, at least one more set of septuplets had survived beyond infancy.
