Ronald Reagan, the 40th president of the United States, served two terms. He was an actor before he took the top job and with an IQ of 141.9. This makes him of average intelligence in the presidential terms. However, the Iran Contraband Affair of the 1980s was a stain on his good name. Although he denied having made any sort of deal, he later admitted that he indeed sold missiles to Iran in exchange for the freedom of American hostages.
