We’re sure that what you worried about most when watching this film is what would happen to the famous paintings on board, by Picasso and Monet. They ended up sinking along with the ship, and lost in the wreckage. These paintings may have existed in real life by then, but, in reality, they were not on board the ship.
They were safely at home with the artists who made them. Wouldn’t it have been a pity if Waterlilies by Monet had been destroyed?
