Cable Tools
This is a fairly nondescript item that is hard to tell what it is right away. The identifying characteristic the uploader included was an internal spring and rubber beneath the teeth. There are a few uses for this but the features are characteristic of a utility lock.
Much like the pliers we looked at earlier, these aren’t easily recognizable because they aren’t a common use tool. These are often used when you’re doing a job like installing cable.
