Two Face Edward Mordrake

Edward Mordrake, a 19th-century English nobleman, had an extra face on the back of his head.

The extra face could neither eat nor speak, but it was certainly not silent because it could laugh and cry. Mordrake pleaded with doctors to have his devil twin removed.

He claimed that his second face whispered horrible things to him at night. As expected, no doctor had the guts to attempt such a risky operation. Mordrake poisoned himself and committed suicide at the age of 23.
