The Age Range – Reality
This is something you should check beforehand. Some cruises, usually known as specialty cruises, are designed for a specific demographic, in which case you know in advance whether this is the right cruise for you or not.
You might want to do your research and make sure you’re not going on a cruise where the average age is 65. Not that there’s anything wrong with elderly people; they are charming and wise and there’s a lot we can learn from them, but you might not have a lot in common with them.
We’ve already established the ship isn’t that big, and you’re bound to run into people at the poolside, the dining area and anywhere you go, so you can only hope there are people you can have a good time with.
