The Drinks – Reality
In reality, the drinks aren’t as glamorous as we expect. The variety is always smaller than we would like, and elaborate cocktails aren’t in the menu. In most cruise ships, you get your drinks in a self-service bar, and you end up drinking them on plastic chairs, as the picture below shows.
Did someone say daytime drinking? More often than not, cruise ship bars don’t operate 24/7, and you might only be able to get your drink during dinner.
