Your feet and knees are puffy
Swollen feet and knees can be a consequence of just standing up for too long at your job, but they can also have a different cause. Heart failure, liver disease and kidney disease all cause fluid build-up in the body, which in turn can lead to swollen, enlarged and puffy knees and feet as the fluid drains downwards.
